About the Opportunity

ZEUS Law is hiring an Associate for its General Corporate team with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). This full-time opportunity is ideal for legal professionals seeking a dynamic and high-growth environment with a focus on commercial contracts and transactional law.

The selected candidate will work closely with experienced partners and clients on a variety of matters including SHA, SPA, real estate transactional agreements, and regulatory advisory under FEMA and company law.

Format and Structure

This is a full-time, permanent position in the General Corporate division. Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate-commercial contracts
• Advising on transactional documentation including SHA, SPA, lease and conveyance agreements
• Providing legal inputs on regulatory compliance under Company Law, FEMA, and SEBI regulations
• Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure transactional progress
• Preparing due diligence reports and contract matrices

Location: New Delhi, India (primary), with flexibility depending on client/project requirements
