About the Opportunity

SSRANA & Co. is inviting applications for the positions of Associate Advocate and Senior Associate Advocate – IP Litigation. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Delhi for advocates with relevant experience in intellectual property litigation. The selected candidate will handle a wide range of IP disputes including trademark, copyright, patent, and design matters.

Job Details

Format/Structure

The recruitment process includes CV shortlisting, followed by interviews. Selected candidates will join the litigation team and engage in appearances before various courts and tribunals, client interactions, drafting, and strategy building for IP disputes.

Additional Details

• Prior experience in IP litigation is essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in courts across Delhi.
• Good drafting skills, legal acumen, and court confidence are expected.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
