Format/Structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Drafting: Contracts, pleadings, notices, and policy documents related to corporate and employment law.
• Legal Research & Advisory: In-depth research and answering client queries; staying updated with legal developments.
• Client Communication: Direct coordination with clients for day-to-day advisory and documentation needs.
• Thought Leadership: Writing insightful articles on legal developments and emerging trends.

Additional Details

Required Qualifications:

• LL.B. or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for Associates.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
