About the Opportunity

The Office of Pinnacle Law & Associates LLP is inviting applications for one (1) Associate position in its Litigation Team.

This vacancy is ideal for young lawyers who have recently enrolled with the Bar Council and are seeking active courtroom exposure. The selected candidate will be expected to handle case files independently, assist in legal drafting, conduct legal research, and regularly appear before Delhi High Court, District Courts, and Tribunals in and around Delhi NCR.

Format and Structure

This is a full-time, in-office Associate position. The selection process includes:

• Initial shortlisting based on the resume

• Legal research and drafting of petitions, affidavits, written submissions
• Preparing case notes and updates
