About the Event

MDP Legal is inviting applications for Associate/Senior Associate positions in its Non-Litigation Team. The firm is looking to hire professionals with prior experience in Real Estate (Title Due Diligence and Conveyancing) and Banking & Finance (Transactional) work.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling title verification, preparing due diligence reports, drafting transactional documents, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in legal Marathi is mandatory.

Format and Structure

• Conduct title due diligence of properties across Maharashtra
• Draft and review sale deeds, lease deeds, and conveyancing documentation

• Handle project finance and loan documentation
• Communicate effectively in legal Marathi while working with local authorities and clients
• Collaborate with clients, real estate developers, financial institutions, and internal teams
