About the Event

The 1st International Conference on Aviation Law is organized in conjunction with the 4th International Conference on Emerging Trends in Aviation MRO Industry by NLU Delhi and Aviakul Group of Companies. This two-day event will bring together legal scholars, industry experts, policymakers, and aviation professionals to discuss critical legal, regulatory, and operational challenges in the aviation sector. Key themes include international air law, arbitration in aviation, aircraft leasing regulations, and India’s aviation law reforms.

• Paper Presentation Sessions – Selected abstracts will be presented by academicians, professionals, and students.
• Panel Discussions & Keynotes – Featuring legal experts and aviation industry leaders.
• Workshops & Networking – Engaging sessions for in-depth discussions on aviation law and policy.

• Hybrid Mode: The conference will be hosted at National Law University Delhi and will also have online participation options.

Additional Details

• Call for Papers: Extended abstracts (1500-2000 words) must be submitted by March 22, 2025. Full papers will be invited post-conference for publication opportunities.
• Themes: Topics include air law, arbitration, aircraft leasing, sustainable aviation, and gender equity in aviation.
• Co-authorship: Up to two authors per paper. Both must register separately.
• Registration Fees:
• Academicians & Professionals: ₹3000 per author
• Students & Research Scholars: ₹2000 (Single Author) / ₹2500 (Co-authored)
• Participation Only: ₹1500
• Certificates:
• “Certificate of Presentation” for paper presenters.
• “Certificate of Participation” for all attendees.
