Burgeon Law is looking for a seasoned legal professional with expertise in M&A and VC transactions to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in drafting commercial agreements, negotiating deals, and conducting legal due diligence for startups and corporations.

Experience	Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience

Key Responsibilities

✔ Structuring and executing M&A and VC transactions.
✔ Drafting & negotiating Term Sheets, Share Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, Co-Founders’ Agreements, Escrow Agreements, ESOP Policies, and Advisory Stocks.
✔ Conducting legal & compliance due diligence for startups and corporate entities.
✔ Managing transaction closing formalities and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility & Requirements

✔ Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
✔ Must have experience in handling VC transactions independently.
✔ Prior experience in a law firm is mandatory.
✔ Strong analytical, negotiation, and legal drafting skills.
