The RGNUL Student Research Review (RSRR) is its flagship peer-reviewed journal, offering a vibrant platform for legal scholars to publish high-impact research.
About the Event
RSRR is inviting abstract submissions for Volume 11 Issue 1 on the theme “Comparative Law in a Changing World”. This theme explores how legal systems worldwide intersect, influence, and transform each other, especially in response to contemporary challenges like digital governance, environmental issues, and evolving human rights standards.
The journal welcomes interdisciplinary perspectives from law, history, sociology, philosophy, and more. Authors are encouraged to explore both the promise and the limitations of comparative legal methods.

Format/Structure
Submissions may be made under the following categories:
- Articles (5,000+ words): In-depth analysis of legal topics.
- Case Comments (2,000+ words): Commentary on recent case laws.
- Legislative Comments (2,000+ words): Analysis of legislative proposals or enactments.
- Book Reviews (3,000+ words): Evaluation of scholarly legal books.
Abstracts should be 200–500 words, in .doc
or .docx
format, titled as Name of Author(s) – RSRR Abstract Submission. No identifying details should be included in the abstract document.
Location
Online – The publication process and communication will be conducted virtually.
Additional Details
- Co-authorship is permitted.
- Submissions are open to students, researchers, practitioners, academics, and judges—a legal background is not mandatory.
- All manuscripts will go through internal and peer review following abstract selection.
- Interdisciplinary approaches and critical viewpoints are encouraged, including those against comparative law.
- Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
