About the Event

RSRR is inviting abstract submissions for its upcoming Volume 11 Issue 1 on the theme “Comparative Law in a Changing World.” The journal seeks to explore the evolving nature of comparative law in the globalized world, focusing on how legal systems from various jurisdictions interact, complement, and challenge one another.

The primary goal of this theme is to provide an avenue for rigorous legal analysis and commentary on how comparative law contributes to the development of sound legal principles, especially in emerging fields such as digital law, environmental law, and gender regulation.

Format/Structure

• Submission Categories:
  • Articles (5,000 words onwards)
  • Case Comments (2,000 words onwards)
  • Legislative Comments (2,000 words onwards)
  • Book Reviews (3,000 words onwards)
• Abstract Guidelines:
  • Abstracts should be between 200 and 500 words.
  • Submissions should be in doc or docx format, titled ‘Name of Author(s) – RSRR Abstract Submission’.
  • Abstracts must be submitted via the designated form.

Additional Details

• Authors do not need a law degree to submit.
• Original work only; no previously published or under-review papers.
• Abstracts will undergo a preliminary review before invitations to submit full manuscripts are sent out.
• Final manuscripts will be reviewed internally by the Editorial Board and subjected to peer review.
