About the Opportunity

CLLRA at NLU Delhi is inviting applications for the roles of Research Associate and Field Investigator for ongoing research projects. These positions are open to individuals passionate about legal research, fieldwork, and social impact, particularly in the domain of labour law and policy.

Positions Available

1. Research Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist in research design, data analysis, and policy drafting
• Conduct legal research, literature review, and report writing
• Coordinate with project partners and stakeholders
• Prepare publications and documentation

Eligibility:

• Law graduate/postgraduate or candidate with social science background
• Strong writing and research skills
• Prior experience in empirical or policy-based research is preferred

2. Field Investigator

Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting primary data from the field (interviews, surveys)
• Coordinate logistics and field visits in rural/urban settings
• Maintain accurate records of findings

Eligibility:

• Graduate in Law/Social Sciences
• Comfortable with travel and field documentation
• Proficient in local languages (preferable)
