The theme for the Call for Articles is “Ticking Timebomb: Climate Change Litigation for a Climate-Safe Future.” This theme focuses on the critical role of the judiciary in tackling the escalating global crisis of climate change. In a world where governments and corporations are often criticized for failing to meet their climate obligations, litigation has emerged as a powerful tool for holding these entities accountable.

The call for submissions is open to:

• Academicians

Submissions are invited in the form of:

• Articles
• Opinions
• Case Comments
• Short Notes
• Critical analyses of existing academic research

Submission Guidelines

1. Submissions must be in English only.
2. Co-authorship is allowed (maximum of two authors).
3. Submissions should be well-researched, presenting a novel analysis of the topic.
4. The manuscript should be between 2000-3000 words.
5. Formatting: Times New Roman, Font Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5.
6. Citations: Use OSCOLA (4th Edition) or Bluebook (20th Edition) for citations.
7. Submissions should be in .doc or .docx format.

• Last Date for Submission: October 15, 2024, by 11:59 PM.
• All submissions must be made through this Google Form. Submissions made through any other medium will not be accepted.

Publication and Recognition

All selected submissions will be published in the CREL Newsletter, and the authors will receive an e-certificate of publication. The editorial board retains full discretion over the selection process and the publication timeline.
