About the University
Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai (MNLU Mumbai) is a premier legal institution established under the Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014. Despite being one of the newer NLUs, it has rapidly gained recognition for its academic excellence, placements, and interdisciplinary legal research. Located in Mumbai, the financial capital of India, it offers a dynamic environment for legal education and innovation.
The Centre for Training and Research in Commercial Regulations (CTRCR) at MNLU Mumbai is a student-run initiative committed to fostering a space for high-level research, training, and discussion in corporate and commercial laws. The Centre regularly organizes events and publications that bring together legal scholars, professionals, judges, economists, and students to explore and advance commercial legal knowledge.

The Forum for Corporate & Commercial Laws (FCCL), under the aegis of CTRCR, invites submissions for its blog. The Forum aims to cultivate robust dialogue on emerging and critical issues in the realm of corporate and commercial law. Authors are encouraged to explore a wide range of topics aligned with contemporary legal, regulatory, and business landscapes.
