CASLW by RGNUL invites submissions and call of Blogs, Articles, Essays, and proposals for Book

Reviews on an ongoing basis. With a focus on Employment Law, Labour Law, and Service Law, the call seeks contributions addressing various aspects of labor rights and welfare. Submissions may explore themes such as paternity benefits, wage regulations, gender equality, and child labor within the broader purview of labor law.

Formatting Guidelines:

Manuscripts should adhere to Times New Roman font, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing. Endnotes should be in Times New Roman font, size 10, with single line spacing. Text alignment must be justified, and referencing should utilize in-text hyperlinks for online sources. For offline sources, adhere to OSCOLA 4th Edition standards. Submissions should range from 1200 to 1500 words, with flexibility up to 1800 words based on quality. Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors from the same or different institutions.

Submission Procedure:

Manuscripts should be submitted in .doc or .docx format, without author identification. The title of the document should match the post's title, indicating the chosen sub-theme. Submissions must be made via the provided Google form. Plagiarism checks will be conducted using AI and Turnitin.
