About the Event
This Call for Chapters invites submissions for an edited book titled “The Constitution in the Digital Age: Rights, Regulations and Reforms”, which aims to explore the evolving role of constitutional law in addressing emerging digital-era issues.
In an age shaped by AI governance, surveillance capitalism, platform monopolies, and data-driven policymaking, the book seeks to critically examine how the Indian Constitution adapts and responds to new-age legal dilemmas. Contributors are expected to provide original insights on how traditional rights and constitutional principles are challenged or reinterpreted in a technologically driven democracy.
The book will carry an ISBN, and selected contributions will be published in hardcopy format. All accepted authors will receive a printed copy of the published volume.
