About the Event
The RRU International Moot Court Competition (RIMC’25) is a premier event focused on Public International Law and Global Security. The moot problem addresses themes of contemporary relevance such as:
- Admissibility of claims when States represent corporations before the ICJ
- Trade of dual-use items
- Remedies for sanctioned third-country entities
- Non-compliance with judgments of international courts
The forum for dispute resolution is the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Judges will evaluate memorials and oral arguments from leading law schools across India and internationally.
RRU seeks qualified professionals to serve as Judges, contributing their expertise to nurturing the next generation of international lawyers.
