About the Position

Dr. Justice Chandrachud is looking to engage two Junior Associates on a retainership. The successful candidates will assist in legal research, preparation of legal opinions, drafting speeches/articles/books, and supporting the course of arbitrations (both domestic and international). The position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with a distinguished legal figure and gain valuable experience in the legal field.

Format/Structure

• Educational Qualification: Law degree from a recognized university (5-year/3-year).
• Prior Work Experience: Fresh graduate (graduating batch of 2025) to up to four years PQE.
• Probation Period: Three months.
• Retainership Period: One year, extendable by mutual consent.
• Retainership Compensation: INR 1,00,000/- per month.
• Exclusive Retainership: Successful candidates will be required to maintain confidentiality and cannot take up independent assignments such as filing Vakalatnama or appearing in courts/tribunals/legal forums.
