About the Journal

The Centre for Competition Law and Policy (CCLP) initiated the Competition Law Review (ICLR) to promote interdisciplinary research in competition law and policymaking. ICLR serves as a platform for exploring current trends and introducing innovative ideas. Noteworthy legal luminaries, practicing lawyers, law professors, Ph.D. scholars, and students from across India and abroad have contributed to previous editions. The call for papers for Volume IX Issue I of ICLR is now open, accessible through the journal's website at http://iclr.in/.

Call for Papers

CCLP, NLU Jodhpur, invites submissions for Volume IX Issue I of the Indian Competition Law Review (ICLR).

Eligibility:

Contributions are welcomed from experienced practitioners, academicians, and law students. Co-authorship by a maximum of two authors is allowed.

Theme:

The overarching theme for this issue is “Exploring New Horizons: Reimagining Traditional Norms in Competition Regulation.” However, articles outside this theme may be considered at the discretion of the board.

Submission Categories:

– Articles: 5,000 to 10,000 words

– Short notes: 2,500 to 5,000 words

– Case Comments: 1,500 to 2,500 words

Formatting Guidelines:

– Manuscripts should be in Garamond, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.

– Footnotes in Garamond, font size 10, with single line spacing.

– Properly footnoted manuscripts following OSCOLA 4th ed. style.

– No use of endnotes, hyperlinks, or speaking footnotes.

Submission Guidelines:

– Include an abstract of no more than 250 words.

– Manuscripts should not contain author details.

– Cover letter with author(s) name, institution/affiliation, manuscript title, and contact details.

– Confirm originality and non-publication elsewhere.

– Electronic submission via email to cclp@nlujodhpur.ac.in by April 5, 2024.

– Subject line: “Volume IX(1)_ICLR Submission_Name of the Author(s)”.

– Document format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx).
