For law students, a high-quality legal education opens them a world of possibilities and paths. The current status of legal education in India is appalling. All parties involved and the nation at large are now concerned about it. A few steps toward amelioration were made with the establishment of law universities, but the intended outcome is still far off because of these institutions' own limitations—inadequate funding, inadequate facilities, a dearth of qualified faculty, etc. The establishment of Siddhartha Law College in 2009, which is registered under the aegis of the Siddhartha Group of Institutions (SGI), is a positive development in this regard.

About the Event

The goal of the seminar is to collect opinions on legal matters pertaining to technology as well as a comprehensive grasp of the historical developments of legal matters in this domain, which will aid in producing a more comprehensive perspective about the current difficulties in this domain. Additionally, it seeks to investigate how constitutional ideals interact with the opportunities and difficulties brought about by the digital era. Additionally, it addresses the topic of how judges in this digital age uphold the values of constitutionalism.
