The NLUJ–Trilegal Corporate Law Review (CLR) is the flagship student-run, peer-reviewed journal focusing on corporate and commercial law. Published with the support of Trilegal, one of India’s leading law firms, the journal serves as a platform for students, academics, and professionals to contribute to contemporary debates and developments in corporate jurisprudence.

The Corporate Law Review Summit is an annual event that brings together leading experts, academicians, practitioners, and students for knowledge exchange and discussion on pressing issues in corporate law.

About the Event

The 3rd NLUJ–Trilegal Corporate Law Review Summit 2025 invites submissions of high-quality research papers on a variety of topics in corporate and commercial law. The aim is to provide a platform for authors to showcase their research, receive constructive feedback, and engage with the legal community.

The summit will feature paper presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. Selected papers will be published in a special issue of the Corporate Law Review, subject to the journal’s peer-review process.

Event Timeline

Format and Structure

The event will include:

1. Paper Presentation Rounds – Selected authors will present their research before an expert panel.
2. Panel Discussions – Industry leaders and academicians will deliberate on emerging issues in corporate and commercial law.

Evaluation will be based on originality, depth of analysis, clarity of thought, and relevance to contemporary corporate law. Selected candidates will be notified via email.
