About the Organization
The Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) is a globally recognized institution promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Through its annual AIAC Journal, it provides a platform for academics, practitioners, arbitrators, and students to contribute meaningful research to the field of international arbitration, mediation, adjudication, and dispute resolution. About the Event
The AIAC Journal (Fifth Edition) aims to foster scholarly debate and practical insight into the evolving practice of ADR. By inviting contributions from across the legal spectrum, the journal promotes analysis, commentary, and innovation in the dispute resolution field.
This initiative is particularly suitable for:

Note: While no fixed deadlines are stated, early submissions are encouraged.
Format and Structure
Submissions may be of the following types:
- Long Articles: 6,000 to 10,000 words
- Short Articles: 3,000 to 5,000 words
- Case Analysis: 2,000 to 4,000 words
All word limits are inclusive of footnotes but exclusive of abstract.
Each submission must include:
- Cover Letter
- Manuscript (MS Word) with abstract (max 300 words) and keywords
- Completed Submission Form (with signed copyright and author’s declaration)
Citation Style: OSCOLA
Evaluation: Double-blind peer review by ADR experts.
Selection: Based on analytical depth, originality, relevance to ADR.
