Amity Law Review (ALR) invites original and unpublished research papers, articles, case comments, and book reviews for Volume 21 (2025). The journal is double-blind peer-reviewed, ISSN 2249-2232, and formerly UGC-approved (Journal No. 41080). It covers all legal disciplines and encourages contributions from scholars and professionals addressing national and international legal debates.

Format/Structure

Categories & Word Limits:

• Research Papers: 5000–7000 words (including footnotes)
• Notes/Case Comments: 3000–5000 words
• Book Reviews: 1500–2000 words

Submission Guidelines:

• Co-authorship up to 2 authors permitted.
• Abstract (max 250 words) and 5 keywords required.
• Manuscripts must follow British English conventions.
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt (main text), 10 pt (footnotes).
• Spacing: 1.5 (main text), 1.0 (footnotes); Indent: 0.5” both sides.
• Footnotes only (no endnotes).
• Author details to be mentioned only on the cover page.
• Footnoting style as per Amity Law Review guidelines.
