About the Journal

The Indian Journal of Criminology (IJC) is a UGC-CARE Listed peer-reviewed open-access journal published biannually (January and July) by the Indian Society of Criminology (ISC) in collaboration with National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi). Established in 1973, the journal has maintained a prestigious standing in the field of criminology and criminal justice in India.

IJC invites submissions for its June 2025 issue (Volume 53, Issue 1), covering interdisciplinary research in criminology and related domains. Scholars, researchers, and practitioners are encouraged to submit their manuscripts for consideration.
