Submission Categories:

• Articles: 3000–6000 words (including footnotes)
• Essays: 2000–3000 words
• Case Notes/Comments: 2000–2500 words
• Book Reviews: 2000–2500 words
  All submissions must be accompanied by an abstract of 350–500 words.

• Innovation in IP
• Traditional Cultural Expression

Co-authorship is allowed (up to 2 authors). Submissions must follow OSCOLA citation style and be original (plagiarism will lead to rejection). AI-generated content is not permitted.

• Open to lawyers, researchers, academicians, Ph.D. scholars, LL.M. and LL.B. students
• Manuscript must be submitted in .doc/.docx format with no author identification in the document
• The email subject should read: “Submission for Journal of Intellectual Property Laws”
• All submissions will go through peer review before publication
• Selected articles will be published in Volume VIII & IX of the journal
