- Comments: Critiques of recent judicial pronouncements or legislative developments (2,000-3,000 words).
- Book Reviews: Evaluations of legal literature, including suggestions and insights (2,000-3,000 words).
Submission Guidelines
- Citation Format: The Bluebook (20th Ed.) or any standard format.
- Abstract: Optional; 250-300 words summarizing key conclusions.
- Biographical Information: Include the author’s name, post, email address, institution name, course, and academic year in the footnote.
- Plagiarism: Submissions with less than 30% plagiarism are eligible.
- Formatting: Times New Roman, font size 12.
Publication Fee
- Single Author: INR 1,000
- Co-Authored (2 Authors): INR 1,200
- Three Authors: INR 1,800
