About the Journal & Current Call

Solventia invites quality submissions for Volume II, Issue 2 on contemporary topics within the scope of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws. Contributions can focus on India-specific or global legal developments, comparative analysis, or emerging jurisprudence.

Category	Word Limit (Excl. Footnotes)
Long Articles	6,000–8,000 words
Short Articles	3,000–6,000 words
Case Notes/Reviews	1,500–2,000 words

General Instructions:

• Abstract (≤200 words) must be included.
• Max. 3 authors per submission.
• No names or affiliations in the manuscript.
• Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
• Plagiarism limit: 10%
• AI-generated content usage limit: 10%

Citation Format:

• Follow OSCOLA (4th Edition) strictly.
• Only footnotes allowed. Minimal speaking footnotes permitted only for definitions/clarifications.
