About the Organization

The Centre for Business and Financial Laws (CBFL) at National Law University Delhi (NLUD) is a premier research center dedicated to advancing knowledge and scholarship in the areas of banking, capital markets, and financial services. About the Event

The NLUD Business and Financial Law Review (NLUD-BFLR) is the newly launched flagship commercial law journal under the aegis of CBFL. The journal aims to be a leading platform for academic discourse in business and financial laws, fostering intellectual engagement and critical analysis of contemporary corporate legal issues.

For its inaugural volume, NLUD-BFLR invites submissions from students, academicians, researchers, and practitioners across the legal and financial sectors. Submissions are welcome in the following categories:

• Competition Law: Antitrust regulations, market monopolies, and competition enforcement.
• Insolvency Law: Bankruptcy proceedings, corporate restructuring, and cross-border insolvency.

Submission Guidelines

• Peer Review Process: All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure quality and impartiality.
• Plagiarism and AI-Detection Policy: Submissions must not exceed a 15% similarity index, including both plagiarism and AI-generated content.
• Formatting: Submissions should follow the Bluebook (21st Edition) citation style and be formatted in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
• Submission Mode: All papers must be submitted through the designated Google Form link.
