About the Event

The SRMUH Law Review (Volume 3, Issue 1, 2025) invites submissions for a special issue on “Emerging Trends of AI and Law: Exploring the Intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Legal Frameworks.” This edition aims to delve into the dynamic and rapidly evolving intersection of law and artificial intelligence. Scholars, practitioners, and students are encouraged to contribute original research, case studies, and critical analyses reflecting on the ethical, legal, and regulatory challenges and opportunities posed by AI.

The volume will examine AI’s impact on criminal justice, data protection, contract management, and more, providing a comprehensive legal discourse on technological transformation.

  • Word Limit for Abstract: 500 words with keywords
  • Citation Format: Journal of Indian Law Institute (ILI) Footnoting Style
  • Formatting Guidelines:
    • Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing
    • Word document format
    • Use of footnotes only for citations

Location

The publication process will be conducted online. The printed journal will be released by SRMUH and printed by a reputed publisher.

  • Submissions are open to academicians, legal professionals, and exceptional law students.
  • Rolling submissions on socio-legal themes are also accepted throughout the year.
  • Editorial review is conducted biweekly, and early submissions will be prioritized.
  • Manuscripts should uphold academic integrity and originality.
  • Abstracts must be submitted by April 25, 2025, to secure priority review.
