About the Event

This event is designed to promote research and discussion on contemporary issues in the field of Human Rights. The CASIHR Journal on Human Rights Practice (JHRP) invites submissions of long articles, essays, case comments, and book reviews from law students, professionals, and academicians. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to legal scholarship through a peer-reviewed, bi-annual journal and gain recognition in academic circles.

Format and Structure

The event involves one round of submission and a double-blind peer review process. Authors can submit under the following categories:

  • Long Articles (7000–8000 words)
  • Short Articles/Essays (5000–6000 words)
  • Case Comments (3000–4000 words)
  • Book Reviews (1500–2500 words)

All manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and submitted in .doc/.docx format with abstract (250–300 words). Citations must follow Bluebook (19th or 20th edition) style. Plagiarism must be below 10%. Selected submissions will be published in Volume 9, Issues I & II of the journal.
