Submissions will be categorized into the following formats:

  • Long Articles (up to 15,000 words)
    In-depth analysis with comprehensive coverage of case law and literature.
  • Short Articles (up to 8,000 words)
    Focused commentary or emerging issue analysis designed to stimulate academic discourse.
  • Case Notes (up to 5,000 words)
    Evaluation of recent arbitration awards or court decisions, summarizing the key points and analyzing impact.
  • Book Reviews (up to 3,000 words)
    Critical summary and academic review of recent publications in investment law.

All word limits include footnotes. Submissions must be in English and written to near-native proficiency. Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and adhere to the journal’s house style.
