The Indian Arbitration Law Review (IALR) is excited to announce the call for papers for its upcoming Volume VII! As a premier publication dedicated to the evolving field of arbitration law, IALR provides a platform for the dissemination of innovative and impactful legal scholarship. This is a golden opportunity for legal scholars, practitioners, and students to contribute to the growing discourse in arbitration law.

Submission Details

Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts to ialr@nliu.ac.in. The deadline for submission is 23:59 on September 15, 2023. We encourage early submissions to avoid any last-minute technical issues.

Submission Guidelines

To ensure a smooth submission process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Format: Submissions should be in Microsoft Word format.
  2. Font: Use Times New Roman, size 12 for the main text, and size 10 for footnotes.
  3. Spacing: The main text should be double-spaced, while footnotes should be single-spaced.
  4. Margins: Maintain a 1-inch margin on all sides.
  5. Citation Style: Use the Bluebook (20th edition) for citation.
  6. Word Limit:
    • Articles: 5,000 to 10,000 words
    • Essays: 3,000 to 5,000 words
    • Case Comments, Legislative Comments, and Book Reviews: 1,500 to 3,000 words
