The Centre for Child and Youth Justice (CCYJ) at NALSAR University of Law, in collaboration with Child Rights and You (CRY) under the project “Access to Justice for Children through Systems Strengthening on Child Protection Issues,” is inviting submissions for the first volume of the Indian Journal of Child & Youth Justice.
This academic journal aims to foster meaningful discourse on children’s rights and youth justice, addressing complex challenges and proposing legal and systemic solutions aligned with international standards.
The inaugural edition, themed “Juvenile Justice and Child Rights”, seeks contributions from students, scholars, and professionals across disciplines such as law, social work, psychology, and public policy. The journal aims to advance child rights jurisprudence in India by integrating diverse perspectives.
