About IJIEL

The Indian Journal of International Economic Law (IJIEL) is a flagship publication of the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru, and is published under the patronage of the WTO Chair Programme. It serves as a premier academic forum for discussions on the intersection of international law, trade, and economic issues from a Global South perspective.

In Volume 16(2), IJIEL turns its attention to a Special Issue exploring the evolving landscape of Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS), with a sharp focus on developing countries.
