Submissions are accepted in the following categories:

  • Long Articles (3,500–10,000 words, excluding footnotes)
  • Essays / Short Articles (1,200–3,500 words, excluding footnotes)
  • Case Notes / Legislative Comments (1,200–3,500 words)

Review Process: Double-blind peer-reviewed
Plagiarism Limit: Up to 15% (checked using Turnitin & Plagiarism X)
Citation Format: Bluebook 19th or 20th Edition
File Format: Word Document (.doc/.docx)

Each manuscript must be:

  • Original and unpublished
  • Submitted with an abstract (for long/short articles)
  • Formatted in Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 spacing for the main text
  • Footnotes in size 10 with 1.0 line spacing
  • Authored by up to 3 authors
