The Indian Journal of Constitutional Law (IJCL) is an annually published, peer-reviewed journal committed to promoting scholarship on constitutional law and comparative constitutional studies. The journal has previously featured contributions from renowned legal scholars, judges, and practitioners, including Prof. Upendra Baxi, Prof. Gary Jacobsohn, Prof. Ran Hirschl, Justice Michael Kirby, Mr. Soli Sorabjee, and Mr. Arvind Datar.

🔹 Footnotes must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st Edition).
🔹 Articles, essays, case notes, and book reviews are welcome.
