The Centre for Business and Commercial Laws (CBCL) is a flagship “Centre for Excellence” at the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal. Established in 2008, CBCL is dedicated to cultivating a culture of commercial awareness and excellence in the legal fraternity. It publishes the NLIU Journal of Business Laws, a peer-reviewed periodical featuring high-quality articles, case comments, legislative reviews, and book reviews focused on business and commercial laws.
The NLIU Journal of Business Laws Vol. VI, 2024, is now accepting submissions. This flagship journal is devoted exclusively to corporate and commercial laws and invites contributions that explore contemporary legal issues in these fields.

Submissions addressing innovative and contemporary topics within these and related fields are encouraged.
Word limits exclude footnotes. The Editorial Board may allow a 10% relaxation at its discretion.
