The Centre for Business and Financial Laws (CBFL) at National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) is a premier research center dedicated to the study and advancement of corporate and financial laws. Call for Papers: Submission Details

Deadline for Submission: April 27, 2025 (11:59 PM, IST)

Categories of Submissions

The journal welcomes submissions in the following categories:

  • Long Articles: Above 5000 words
  • Essays: 3000–5000 words
  • Book Reviews/Case or Legislative Comments: 1500–3000 words

Note: The word limits are exclusive of footnotes and indicative only. Authors are encouraged to provide well-researched and thoroughly analyzed content in their chosen category.
