The NLUD Journal on Labour, published by the Centre for Labour Law Research and Advocacy at the National Law University, Delhi, is now accepting submissions for its inaugural issue. This double-blind, peer-reviewed annual journal seeks to foster interdisciplinary scholarship on labour, offering a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and activists to engage in meaningful academic exchange.
The NLUD Journal on Labour is dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary scholarship on various aspects of labour. The journal’s editorial board is committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity, encouraging contributions from scholars across different fields and perspectives. Each issue will focus on contemporary debates and issues related to labour, with the inaugural edition (2024-25) centred on the theme \”Sociology of Labour.\”

The advisory board includes notable scholars such as Prof. (Dr.) Ritu Dewan, Prof. Babu Mathew, Prof. B.T. Kaul, Prof. Dr. Ranbir Singh, Prof. Ruth Dukes, and Prof. Alan Bogg. Senior editors include Dr. Roopa Madhav, Prof. Debasis Poddar, Dr. Maya John, Dipa Sinha, and Sawmiya Raja Ram. A team of committed associate editors and managing editor Dev Dhar Dubey, a PhD Scholar at NLU Delhi, further strengthens the editorial board.

All submissions must be accompanied by a cover letter indicating the author’s name, affiliation, submission title, email address/contact number, and a declaration of originality. Submissions will be reviewed and edited by the Editorial Board under the supervision of the Editor-in-Chief.
