About the Event

The NMIMS Student Law Review is inviting original and unpublished manuscripts for Volume VIII, focused on corporate and business laws, with the aim of fostering intellectual discussion, innovative ideas, and scholarly analysis.

Submissions may include long articles, short articles, case notes, case comments, and book reviews. Works that highlight gaps in the law, offer fresh perspectives, or adopt a cross-disciplinary approach are encouraged.

Format and Structure

Submissions will be considered under the following categories:

  1. Book Review (2000–4000 words) – Crisp analysis of recently published works on corporate and business law.
  2. Case Notes & Comments (1500–3000 words) – Critical evaluation of recent/landmark judgments, legislations, or bills (post-April 2025).
  3. Long Article (5000–8000 words) – Comprehensive analysis of a contemporary legal issue.
  4. Short Article (3000–5000 words) – Concise but in-depth exploration of a specific legal topic.

All manuscripts must be accompanied by a plagiarism and AI detection report (preferably from Turnitin).
