About the Opportunity

This Call for Papers invites submissions for the IV Edition of the International Conference on Law, Technology and Society: Towards a Sustainable Future, scheduled for 1st November 2025 in hybrid mode.

The conference aims to deliberate on the evolving relationship between emerging technologies and legal frameworks, with a strong focus on sustainability. With rapid technological advancements shaping governance, businesses, and societies, there is an urgent need to reassess the role of law in ensuring accountability, inclusivity, and ethical innovation.

Conference Themes and Sub-Themes

The conference will address critical and contemporary themes, including but not limited to:

  • Artificial Intelligence and Law – exploring governance, liability, and ethical concerns.
  • Privacy and Data Protection – frameworks for balancing innovation with rights protection.
  • Cybersecurity and Cybercrime – preventive strategies, international cooperation, and enforcement.
  • Intellectual Property and Generative AI – ownership, creativity, and licensing in an AI-driven world.
