The NUJS Journal on Dispute Resolution (JODR) is inviting submissions for its upcoming issue. Format and Structure

The submission process includes a single stage peer-review mechanism:

• Authors submit manuscripts (long articles, short articles, case comments, legislative comments, or book reviews) in compliance with submission guidelines.
• All manuscripts undergo blind peer review.
• Authors of accepted papers are notified via email.

Manuscript Types:

• Long Articles: 6,000+ words
• Short Articles: 3,000–6,000 words
• Case Comments: 1,500–3,000 words
• Legislative Comments: 1,500–3,000 words
• Book/Article Reviews: 1,500+ words

Submissions must include an abstract (max 300 words) and 4–5 keywords. All manuscripts must follow OSCOLA (4th ed.) citation style.
