About RGNUL Social Sciences Review (RSSR):

The RGNUL Social Sciences Review (RSSR) is a half-yearly, peer-reviewed journal published by Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. The journal, which holds ISSN: 2582-1687 and RNI: PUNENG/2018/76036, has garnered global acclaim from academicians and professionals for its quality publications. The journal invites manuscripts that provide insights into contemporary social science issues, especially in the context of law, culture, and development.

Call for Papers:

RSSR is currently accepting manuscripts, including Research Papers, Articles, Case Studies, and Case Comments, for upcoming issues. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis, and authors will be informed of their manuscript’s acceptance after the completion of the peer review process. To be considered for the next issue, authors are advised to submit their manuscripts by 15th September, 2024.

Submission Guidelines:

  1. Plagiarism Report: Authors must submit a plagiarism report alongside their manuscript. Manuscripts with a similarity index above 10% will not be accepted, following UGC guidelines.
  2. Formatting Style: Authors are required to follow the Blue Book Reference Style (20th Edition). Refer to the Style Guide.
  3. Manuscript Structure:
    • Abstract: Not exceeding 500-700 words.
    • Keywords: Minimum of six keywords.
    • Contact Information: Include the following details in your submission email:
      • Name of the Author(s)
      • Designation and Postal Address
      • Contact Number

Submissions should be well-researched and original and must focus on topics relevant to the following:

  • Society, Law, and Legal Systems
  • Cultural Rubrics

  • Criminology and Penology
  • Economic, Social, and Human Development
  • Health (Physical and Mental)
  • Community Development
  • Justice Administration
  • Role of NGOs and Welfare Organizations
  • Gender Studies and related fields

Submissions are invited from Social Scientists, Researchers, Students, Administrators, Judges, Lawyers, and other professionals across various fields.
