About the University

Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University (RMLNLU), located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, is one of India’s premier National Law Universities. Established in 2005, RMLNLU offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in law and is fully funded by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The university has gained national recognition, ranking 15th in India as per the 2021 NIRF report by the Ministry of Education.


About the Journal

The RMLNLU Law Review is an annual peer-reviewed journal published by the Journal Committee of RMLNLU. With over fifteen years of impactful scholarship, the journal aims to encourage thoughtful, analytical, and original contributions to legal discourse. It runs in parallel to the university’s CMET (Communications, Media, Entertainment, and Technology) Journal and is guided by a robust Advisory Board comprising senior academicians, advocates, and legal professionals.

The journal’s review system is rigorous, involving a three-stage selection process, and feedback is communicated to authors throughout.

  • No endnotes or speaking footnotes allowed

  • Abstract (250–300 words)
  • 5 Keywords
  • Title: Bold, Underlined, CAPITALS, Size 16, Center-Aligned
  • Headings: Bold, CAPITALS, Size 14, Left-Aligned
  • File Name: Should be the name(s) of the author(s)
  • No author-identifying information in the manuscript
