The GNLU Journal of Law, Development and Politics (GJLDP) is a biannual, peer-reviewed academic journal administered by the faculty and students of GNLU. The Volume 15, Issue I of the GJLDP seeks scholarly contributions that engage with the interdisciplinary relationship between law, development, and politics. This edition is open to original articles, commentaries, review articles, book reviews, and scholarly discussions that align with the journal’s theme.

Format and Structure

Each submission must include:

  • Title Page: With full title and subtitle (no author identification in manuscript).
  • Abstract: 200–250 words.
  • Keywords: Up to 10 keywords.
  • Main Body: Structured, analytical, and original.
  • Citation Style: Chicago Manual of Style (CMS), 17th Edition (Author-Date System with endnotes).
  • Endnotes and References: Listed alphabetically at the end of the manuscript.
  • Research Area: Must be mentioned (e.g., Law, Public Policy, International Relations, Socio-Legal Studies).

Other Guidelines:

  • Font: Garamond, Size 12, Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1.5″ (left), 1.0″ (other sides)
  • Tables and figures must be high resolution (min 300 dpi), formatted in Excel/Word/TIFF/JPEG.
  • Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format.
