About the University/Organization
The UILS Student Law Review (USLR) is a student-run, bi-annual journal of the University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh. USLR aims to foster critical discussions on contemporary legal issues by providing a platform for innovative and well-researched works that explore novel legal aspects.
About the Event
USLR invites submissions for Volume II, Issue I. This initiative seeks to engage academicians, legal professionals, research scholars, and students in contributing to legal scholarship. The call is open for articles, case comments, legislative reviews, and book reviews that present insightful analyses and fresh perspectives.

Format/Structure
The event accepts submissions under these categories:
- Articles: 3,000–5,000 words offering a comprehensive analysis of legal issues.
- Case Comments: 1,500–3,000 words analyzing judicial pronouncements.
- Legislative Reviews: 1,500–3,000 words critically examining laws or bills.
- Book Reviews: 1,500–3,000 words reviewing books on law.
Manuscripts must include:
- An abstract (up to 250 words) and 5 keywords.
- Original content with a plagiarism limit of 15%.
- Strict adherence to the ILI citation format.
Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors.
