About the University/Organization
The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, established in 2006, is a premier autonomous law university known for its excellence in legal research and education. The RGNUL Financial and Mercantile Law Review (RFMLR) is a biannual, student-run, double-blind peer-reviewed journal that fosters scholarship in business and commercial laws.
About the Event
The Editorial Board of RFMLR invites original, unpublished manuscripts for Volume XII Issue II. The journal provides a platform for doctrinal and empirical research, engaging with themes across corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, banking, taxation, and more.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions should be original, unpublished, and free of plagiarism.
- Co-authorship of up to two authors is allowed.
- Manuscripts must be formatted in Times New Roman, font size 12 with 1.5 line spacing. Citations should follow the OSCOLA 4th Edition.
Submission Process
Submit manuscripts through the Google Form along with a signed Statement of Originality and Copyright.
