Additional Details
India currently lacks a comprehensive regulatory framework governing AI. However, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology issued an advisory on AI usage by social media platforms and content developers in March 2024. Despite the absence of formal legislation, AI is increasingly integrated into fields such as medicine, law enforcement, and administration. This book aims to explore AI’s potential and limitations in legal evidence evaluation and to contribute to future policy frameworks.
