1. Patent Professionals

Location: New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad
Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, IT, Electrical, etc.) or Science (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology).
• Registered Patent Agents are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.

Key Roles:

• Patent Drafting: Preparing patent applications for India, US, EPO, and other jurisdictions, collaborating with inventors, and advising clients on patent strategies.
• Patent Prosecution: Analyzing prior art, preparing Office Action responses, assisting in oppositions, appeals, and revocations.
• Patent Analytics: Conducting searches (novelty, validity, infringement), claim mapping, SEP analysis, and preparing detailed reports.

2. Trademark/Copyright Lawyers

Location: New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad
Eligibility:

• LL.B or LL.M from a reputed law school.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IP law.
• Strong communication and drafting skills.
