About the Event
This two-week Online Capacity Building Programme/Faculty Development Programme (CBP/FDP) focuses on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Technology & Law. Designed for legal educators, researchers, and professionals, it aims to equip participants with an understanding of the technological disruptions affecting legal systems, regulatory frameworks, and pedagogical methods.
The program will cover a variety of themes including:
- Legal theories and AI
- AI in judicial systems
- Data privacy and cybersecurity laws
- FinTech regulation
- IPR and AI-created works
- Comparative legal frameworks such as EU AI Act and India’s DPDP Act
- Blockchain, Smart Contracts, Legal Tech startups
Participants will gain exposure to hands-on tools, critical policy insights, and interdisciplinary research methods.

The event includes 15+ expert sessions over 15 days, along with two weekly tests and a final MCQ-based test on 30 August 2025.

Evaluation will be based on attendance and final test performance. A minimum of 50% score in the final test is mandatory to receive a certificate.
