As part of its academic outreach and in furtherance of its mission to encourage young professionals, CEPANI organizes an Academic Prize every three years. This initiative reflects CEPANI’s commitment to scholarly research, innovation, and the cultivation of future leaders in the field of arbitration law.
The CEPANI Academic Prize is a triennial award designed to recognize outstanding scholarly work in the field of national or international arbitration. The competition aims to encourage rigorous research and thought leadership in arbitration law among young professionals, while also promoting broader awareness and practice of arbitration globally.
Participants are expected to submit original academic works related to arbitration, offering theoretical insights, practical innovations, or comparative legal analyses that contribute to the evolving landscape of arbitration practice.
