National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) is one of India’s premier law universities, known for its cutting-edge legal research, rigorous academic programs, and interdisciplinary initiatives. Established in 2008, NLU Delhi has consistently been at the forefront of legal education, offering intellectually enriching courses in law, policy, and justice. Through its Centre for Transnational Commercial Law (CTCL), the university promotes specialized studies in cross-border legal frameworks, arbitration, and digital governance. The university hosts leading legal scholars and is deeply involved in national and international policy shaping.
The Certificate Course in Transnational Dispute Resolution and Modern Technologies is a fully online, interdisciplinary program designed to equip participants with a deep understanding of how transnational commercial law interacts with emerging technologies. It focuses on substantive and procedural aspects of cross-border disputes including litigation, arbitration, mediation, and enforcement of foreign judgments.
Participants will explore topics like jurisdiction, choice of law, investment arbitration, private international law (PIL), enforcement of foreign judgments, and the implications of digitalization—such as cross-border cloud services and cryptocurrencies—on legal systems. The course provides practical exposure through expert-led interactive sessions, case studies, and group discussions.
